Hypnotherapy & Coaching

DC Hypnosis is owned and operated by: Dan Crum International LLC.
In-person sessions will be provided at 12737 Heatherford Pl, Fairfax, VA 22030.
If requested, remote sessions (video or phone) can be substituted.

Please check and agree to the following:

"To secure a session, you must accept the calendar invite and pay in advance of the session. You must give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule, or you will be charged for a scheduled session."

"Dan Crum, and the companies he represents, make no promises or guarantees of results and are not responsible for your decisions and actions or liable for any claims made against them for these services."

"You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. This is not medical services, medical, legal, or financial advice and should not be considered as such."

"Privacy & safety is important. You acknowledge that sessions will be video-recorded and securely archived."

"Everything said during sessions or in digital communication by Dan Crum, or the Client, is regarded as proprietary information that can not be shared, and must remain confidential."
